Refund & Return Policy – Pure Northeast

At Pure Northeast, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality organic vegetables, fruits, and meat sourced directly from the Northeast of India. Due to the perishable nature of our products, the following policy applies.

No Returns

All products sold on Pure Northeast are non-returnable, as they are perishable food items.

Refund / Replacement Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are applicable only if:

The product is damaged, spoiled, or unfit for consumption at delivery

An incorrect product is delivered

An item is missing from the order

Reporting Timeline

Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with:

Order ID

Clear photos or videos of the product

Claims raised after 24 hours will not be considered.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout

Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway

Replacements

Where applicable, a replacement may be issued instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

Cancellation is not permitted after dispatch or delivery

Discretion & Compliance

Pure Northeast reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests after verification, in accordance with applicable Indian consumer laws and food safety regulations.
